I liked the various puzzles. Map helped navigation, especially in the last few discoveries.

Really enjoying this game so far! Challenging enough without cheesy story fluff.
Excellent game. Wonderful graphics and engaging play. Kudos to the authors.
Great game.
The beautiful art and serene music make for a great escape from reality in order to embark on yet another adventure! It’s always a pleasure going through this game and the hints are always welcomed!
Fun. I love to play these with my 12 yo
Always kill my time
Pretty straightforward with a good range of puzzles - from fairly simple to complex.
Had a great time playing it. Finished it. Fun puzzles. And hard puzzles.
This game is very intimidating at first with so many areas to explore but the more you dive in the better it gets. Finished in a few hours because I couldn’t put it down. Definitely recommend!
For a novice like me this app is pure work. I can find no logical sense of clue direction from one puzzle to another and with this many rooms to cover I find the difficulty level high. If you’re looking for a magical evening of exploring and fun mystery this may not be for you. Finger puzzles are easy, atmosphere music and graphics are great. Creators put tons of work into this game. For ME, I was wanting a game to sit and relax with, this one makes me work way too much. If you’re in to that you’ll love this game. I couldn’t progress without online help.
This game puts the huckle in my berry 🤎🧡
One of a very few developers that make such creative and well made point and click escape games. Every aspect of each game is thoroughly thought through. Mini games are fun and challenging. Wonderful “fast travel” option helps not to get lost in wondering around the locations while trying to find the clues or return to them, as well as does the “snap shots” option. I’ve given the same 5 star review to every Syntaxity game I have played as they are all excellent!
Great fun
You will breeze through this charming game! Pros: 1. The graphics are bright and realistic. 2. Navigation on my iPad worked well. I had no glitches. 3. It’s not dark, scary, gloomy, haunted, or magical. 4. The built-in hint system makes getting around easy. 5. The puzzles are so simple that a smart 6 year old can play. (tested on an actual smart 6 year old) Cons: 1. The puzzles are so simple that a 6 year old can play. 2. Most of the “clues” that you find are actually answers. (see #1 above) 3. Using the hints it took me about 3 hours to finish. It was fun.
Especially for the over 40 crowd!
Just challenging enough but doable. Map hints help
The games, in large part, are very challenging. I found that when I became stuck on a puzzle, after 15-20 minutes I would close the game and return later. Within a couple of minutes, I had solved the puzzle. Sometimes, the obvious eludes us. Thanks to the developer, I have really enjoyed these apps. J. Miller San Francisco, CA
I have enjoyed playing several of the games from Syntaxity but this one I found to be somewhat generic and short. The narrative isn't terribly compelling. Nevertheless the puzzles are engaging and it's still worthwhile for a casual play-through.
Cool game
Just the right challenging puzzles.
Well worth the time and expense.
Did not enjoy this game as much as the others by this developer. Maybe it’s the fact that I’ve played all the others by now (except Treasure 2) and it seemed repetitive. But it also seemed very confining in terms of the area, the scenery. While there were a great many screens and a lot of running around, it all seemed very closed-in. And too many of the puzzles didn’t make sense or were too convoluted. 🤷🏻♀️ Still need to play Treasure 2 and I am not looking forward to it as much as I was before playing this one.
Just hard enough to enjoy with logical puzzles to solve
i really enjoy this game but cant get enough or tired play this..please make another chapter for this game😂
Other games of this type are frustrating because they make it too hard and illogical. But these game writers are different, the puzzles are logical and while they are not easy to solve, they are not extremely hard. I have definitely relaxed and challenged by them! Truly entertaining as it should! Highly recommended !
Another fun game from Lone Wolf. I've played and enjoyed all three. Beautiful graphics, good controls, labeled inventory. There's a map but not transporting so there's a lot of back and forth but with the very fast scene transition, it goes quickly. I don't mind the back an forth as it's good memory exercise for me. There are a LOT of locations but still not too many like some games I've tried. Good puzzles, some are pleasantly easy, some more challenging, (you need to look VERY carefully in some scenes), it has an integrated hint system, and the game is quite long especially for the price. Overall, a very satisfying , well priced game. Thank you, Lone Wolf!
Good for memory practice and puzzle solving
Verrrrrrry gooooood
I absolutely loved it! Use your cell phone camera and the walkthrough.
I thoroughly enjoyed this game and it was fun just following the map. Thanks
Fun puzzles, good music and sound effects. Enjoyable but not frustrating
Worth the money!
Cute storyline, and the graphics are goood. As with all this company, sometimes their puzzles don’t make any sense. However, I love the way they did their clue system. Worth playing, not the best.
Played for days. I couldn't put it down. FREE hints when you get stuck. I play a lot of these games and It was common sense challenge but NOT easy. I recommend it if you like this stuff.
This game is just hard enough to make it challenging but not so hard that you're lost within the first few steps. Well worth the price. Loved it. I love all the Syntaxity games. I’d say they’re medium level of difficulty. Which makes it fun and not annoying.
Could have had a little more wow at the conclusion but overall fun and graphics are good. Very similar to their other games but that’s ok.
Great game I like it
Nice, fun game that causes one to think. Really liked it because it was clean, nothing ghoulish, or evil. One skull on a desk was all I saw. I really appreciate games like this. So, so many I pass over because the reviews mention that it was scary, or gory or has some hint of death or wickedness. No one needs that sort of junk. Well done!!!
This is a great puzzle. Pretty straight forward with enough reveal to find clues without wanting to smash your phone.
I needed to use quite a few hints towards the end. Maybe more matching tiles/completing pictures would be a good addition to future games.
Awesome game. I love the puzzles, clues helpful hints. Will be looking for another similar game.
The game is very entertaining and keep you playing interested from beginning to end.
Good entertainment
I love these games! They are fun and challenging to play. Thanks!
This has to be my favorite; 1. because it’s long and 2. It’s contains the two pianos 3. It also has the best puzzles in my humble opinion. So because these are the type of games I enjoy, I went searching for others different than these. Well, I ended up abandoning most all other types of adventures for one reason or another. These have proven to be my favorite. They don’t take forever to learn them. A toil that is my least favorite about all games. When I pay for a game I don’t want to spend hours figuring out how to play. These also contain more clues and puzzles than any other adventure game; of which there seem to be few. These were different. The learning curve was minimal yet they are challenging and fun. But I hate it when it’s all over. That has to be the goal of any good game, is to have players regret when it’s completed. I applaud you Syntaxity. Please make more as I have finished all of them. I assume that is what you are doing so let me say I support your efforts by which I mean I will gladly pay for these games as I would rather pay for a game than getting it for free.. I await your next adventure with great eagerness. I will keep checking back for future episodes of the lost?, or the missing? In ? Castle, no matter, I will be happy with whatever you come up with. Thank you, Candy
Game is very well put together just a little short. Only took an afternoon to figure it out. But very well-designed. 👍🤓
Syntaxity, Since finally trying Blackthorn Castle last year, I was thoroughly impressed by the lack of glitches, smoothe gameplay with a functional and easy to use User Interface, explorative setting locations, challenging yet not too difficult to beat, quality graphics, realistic style, sound effects and music as well as the adventurous nature of these games. One after the other, I tried each game and delightfully found the same satisfaction in all (current) six. Then, you released your bountiful update for the Lost Ship, which was originally much too short. Now seeing the pattern of adding similar updates and extra content, in order of original release, I eagerly await more to be released. If I had to describe these games, in as few words, I would say they are honestly must-haves and instant buys for this genre. If a new game were to be released, I would buy it as soon as I found out about it. Having them all up to now is not enough because they are so satisfying. But there's more. I discovered an interesting alternative to their replay value. Sure once you play them you might get tired. I liked Blackthorn so much I kept replaying it, but with an unexpected challenge I put to myself. Memory. I've repeatedly played them several times each as a way to stregthen my memory So, I look forward to each new game/additional content Syntaxity releases. To be honest, you couldn’t release add-on or new game content fast enough. Thank you.
Despite my persistence and effort I did need to consult the online walkthrough more times than I would have liked. Most puzzles are solvable without this but there are some that I just couldn’t figure out (such as finding firewood and the final puzzle, which I had to actually watch the video walkthrough for, several times). But definitely prefer a challenge over a game that is short and easy. It helped that this was my third game in this series. On to #4!
